Tequila Restaurant Closes After 4 Months In Business

ROCKVILLE, MD — After only four months in business in downtown Rockville, Tequila Modern Mexican, has closed its doors, The Store Reporter first noted.

This was the only Maryland location for the family-owned chain, according to the company website.

“Sometimes an area that looks good to you just isn’t what you thought,” co-owner Jose Reyes told The Store Reporter. Lack of convenient parking near the entrance was a common complaint and customers didn't turn out enough to continue, he said.

The eatery was located at 11 N Washington St.
