4th Amazon Fresh In MoCo Sets Opening Date

SILVER SPRING, MD — Montgomery County's fourth Amazon Fresh store will open Thursday, March 27, at White Oak Town Center, 12345 Columbia Pike, according to a report.

Store hours will be from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.

The company also has two locations in Chevy Chase, at 5463 Wisconsin Ave. and 8525 Chevy Chase Lake Terrace, as well as a store at 15790 Shady Grove Road, Gaithersburg.

The MoCo Show reported the opening date for the Silver Spring store.

Customers will find a selection of national brands, quality produce and protein, plus Amazon’s private label brands like Aplenty, Fresh Brand, and 365 by Whole Foods Market at low prices, the company said.

Amazon Fresh touts its ability to merge the convenience of online grocery shopping with an elevated in-store experience. Customers can choose grocery delivery and pickup options, grocery shop in the store using the Amazon Dash Cart and Amazon One.

Amazon Fresh has an assortment of national brands and quality produce, meat and seafood, as well as prepared foods made fresh in store every day. Customers will also find grab and go sandwiches, salads, wraps, and snack boxes, along with take-and-bake pizzas, ready-to-heat burritos, and ready-made meals to simplify dinner plans.

Prime members can save on more grocery items from Amazon Fresh, which in late 2024 said it expanded its Prime savings program on over 3,000 grocery items for members, including up to 50% off on eight to 15 grocery favorites that rotate each week, including fresh produce, protein, and pantry staples.
