4th Suspect Charged In Silver Spring Fatal Shooting: Police
A fourth suspect wanted in connection with the shooting death of Deandre Keith Ellis last March has been arrested, police said Monday.

SILVER SPRING, MD — A fourth suspect wanted in connection with the shooting death of Deandre Keith Ellis in Silver Spring last March has been arrested, the Montgomery County police said Monday.
D’Angelo Holley, 24, was arrested in Montgomery County on Monday and charged with first-degree murder. In November, the Montgomery County Police Department obtained a warrant for Holley’s arrest.
On March 5, 2023, Ellis was shot and killed inside a car outside the Sweet Sweet Kitchen in the 900 block of Bonifant Street in Silver Spring.

After his arrest on Monday, Holley was taken to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit, where he is awaiting a bond hearing, police said.
Three other suspects, Kajohn McCombs, Ahmahd McCombs and D’Andre Lukes, have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of Ellis and are being held without bond.
