3. Congressman Chris Van Hollen hosts his 9th annual federal employees health benefit forum at 3950 Ferrara Dr. The event starts at 9 a.m. Experts on federal health insurance plans and representatives of health insurance carriers will discuss health plans and answer individual questions.
4. The Silver Spring Advisory Board meets at the on Nov. 14 at 7 p.m. If you have an issue you think needs to addressed or just want to keep tabs on the issues in your community, come to meeting.
