Good morning, Silver Spring! Here are five things to know this Tuesday, to help you keep up-to-date about what’s going on in the community:

1. Expect showers today after noon and temperatures to reach a high near 65, according to the National Weather Service. Showers will likely continue into the evening and temperatures are slated to drop to the low 50s.

2. If you missed it, an upcoming new labor contract negotiation will cover thousands of grocery workers in Maryland and signs of it becoming painful and disruptive are starting to surface.

3. Ray Davies performs at the Fillmore tonight. Tickets range from $40 to $50 and the concert starts at 7 p.m.
