1. Expect a sunny day, with temperatures reaching the mid 40s, according the National Weather Service. Into the evening, the skies should be clear with temperatures dropping to the low 30s.

2. If you missed it, Kid Rock awarded two grants from his foundation before taking the stage at the Fillmore Silver Spring Wednesday.

3. Are you ready for the 14th annual Thanksgiving parade in Silver Spring? The Ronald McDonald Magic Show is one of many new elements this year.

4. The Road To Strathmore: After School Latin Dance Competition documents the journey of a group of local teens as they dance, work, sacrifice, and study in preparation of their big night competing in different Latin dances. The documentary debuts at the American Film Institute (AFI) at Sunday, Nov. 20 at 9 p.m.
