Colesville Road McDonald's Remodels

McDonald's-located on 8507 Colesville Rd.- is a part of a nationwide remodeling to revamp the look of the well-known fast-food chain.

Construction on the new project started about a week ago and should be complete within the week of Nov. 28, Anna Freeman, Vice President for Freeman and Associates construction company said.

"I think the community will enjoy the new look and the new atmosphere and what it will have to offer them," Freeman added.

McDonald's is working in partnership with Franch to reimage and rebuild locations.

Although each store's new look may vary due to the discretion of the owner, Freeman says the main changes to the decor will center around: replacement of the infamous red roof. new seating, wall and ceiling tiles, floors, revamped roof system, in-store game system, and free Wi-Fi.
