4. NEW EXHIBIT WITH SMITHSONIAN

Why Go: It's a chance to experience the arts. These exhibits feature works of art that focus on the historical significance of fences.

5. IRISH PARTY AT JACKIE'S RESTAURANT
Where/When: Jackie's Restaurant is located on 8081 Georgia Avenue and the party goes on from 5:30 p.m.- 10 p.m.
Why Go: They will have traditional Irish fair, corn beef, red potatoes and cabbage, traditional lamb stew, Irish salmon with smoked mussels and potato salad and mini Elvis burgers with the trimmings plus chips and $2 Guinness for beer lovers.
