Lockwood Drive Shooting Under Investigation: Police

SILVER SPRING, MD — A person was hospitalized after being shot on Lockwood Drive sometime late Monday night or early Tuesday morning, Montgomery County Police said.

Police and Montgomery County Fire and Rescue responded to calls about an unconscious person around 7:45 a.m. Tuesday and found the victim, who had a gunshot wound, police said. The victim was taken to a hospital in critical condition, according to a news release.
