Martin Katz, 71, of Silver Spring, was found safe and unharmed.

Martin Katz, 71, last spoke to family on Sunday, March 14. According to police, Katz speaks to his family by phone on a daily basis.

Investigators describe Katz as a 5-foot-11, 175-pound male with green eyes.
