Security Guards Enforce Whole Foods Parking Lot
Security officers have been seen handing out official slips to monitor patrons parking in the plaza's lot.
Patrons now coming to park in the Whole Foods/Strosniders shopping center lot will likely notice a new addition: a security guard handing them a parking form to place in their windows.
The parking lot who are looking to score some of the rare free parking in Downtown Silver Spring.
When asked about the towing enforcement policy a couple of months ago, The Peterson Companies' Jennifer Nettles said, "That lot is randomly towed. We're not there all day." She added that when they had towed more frequently, they received complaints about "towing too much."

Now, a security official hired by Peterson and the property owners who declined to be named, explained that the company has started to enforce the lot with their security officers because people park in the lot past the allotted two hours.
