Silver Spring Man Sentenced To 10 Years For Trafficking Drugs
Jacinto Bracmort was charged with conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine among other charges.

A Silver Spring man was sentenced to 10 years in prison on Tuesday for a drug conviction.
Jacinto Bracmort, 40, was convicted of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute PCP and crack cocaine. After serving his jail time he will be on supervised release for five years.
An investigation revealed that between October 2009 and May 2010, Bracmort conspired with others to distribute crack cocaine and phencyclidine (PCP) in Prince George's County, according to police.

Intercepted phone calls between Ricky Moore, the assisting conspirator, described a deal for 14 grams of crack cocaine between his neighbor and Moore for $500, according to a police report.
Evidence presented during the trial, also pointed to an additional series of phone calls intercepted between Moore and Bracmort finding customers for small quantities of marijuana and PCP, according to the report. Moore testified to selling PCP in small quantities several times a week to Bracmort during the eight-month conspiracy; Bracmort attempted to arrange four separate crack cocaine transactions for him, the report read.

Moore pleaded guilty to the same conspiracy and was sentenced to 57 months in prison on September 22, 2011.
Three other defendants have pleaded guilty to their participation in the drug conspiracy, according to police.
