SILVER SPRING, MD — Montgomery County police are investigating a Silver Spring shooting on Sunday evening, according to tweets from the department.
Around 5:50 p.m., police got multiple calls about a shooting in the 900 block of Ellsworth Drive in downtown Silver Spring.
One man was injured in the shooting. He was taken to the hospital with one gunshot wound, which police say is non-life threatening.
