The MoCo Planning Board Denies Daycare, Ice Rink Slated to Open, Dedication of the Betty Kramer Gallery, Holiday Gift Ideas

1. The Silver Spring Citizens Advisory Board discussed many issues including the use of the Discovery's Sensory Garden, Montgomery County's 311 services and the Purple line.
