Allow me to introduce you to the neighborhood awareness program iWatch.
The  and is designed primarily as a tool for reporting suspicious activity, according to the county website. However, iWatch can and should be used for non-emergencies that need to be reported around our communities. You can also contact the Baltimore County Police Department, Precinct 7 Cockeysville at 410-887-1820.
