Man Fatally Shoots Brother During Baltimore County Dispute: Reports
A man fatally shot his brother during a money argument in Baltimore County, reports said.

RANDALLSTOWN, MD — A man was charged with fatally shooting his brother recently in Randallstown during a money dispute, The Baltimore Sun reported.
The Baltimore County Police Department said it was called Sunday for reports of an assault just before 4:30 p.m. to the 4000 block of Winlee Road.
Officers said they found 39-year-old Kevin Tuck suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body. He died on the scene, authorities said.

Homicide detectives said they arrested 38-year-old Jason Tuck and charged him with first-degree murder.
Court records show that Judge Marsha L. Russell held the Randallstown resident without bond on Tuesday.

Police said, "This shooting was an isolated incident between known parties. There is no active threat to the community."
The men's mother, whom they lived with, told officers the brothers were in a disagreement about money, charging documents obtained by The Sun said.
