Robber Pistol Whips Man
The attack occurred after the man told the robber he had no money.

A man was punched and pistol whipped in the head by a robber early Sunday morning.
At around 12:30 a.m., the robber approached the man at a parking lot in the 1600 block of E. Joppa Road and asked for money, according to a police report. When the man told him he didn't have any, the robber attacked him.
The robber fled southbound on Loch Raven Boulevard in a silver Lincoln Town Car, police said.
