Towson Fire & Ice Festival 2021: Ice Sculptures, Window Contest

Here's when and where to see ice sculptures, fire pits and decorated windows in Towson this weekend.

TOWSON, MD — Towson will be brimming with sounds and sights of the holiday season this weekend during the Fire & Ice night. Ice sculptures will be placed downtown, and windows will be decorated to delight passersby.

The Towson Chamber of Commerce sponsors the Fire and Ice event, which features free s’mores and hot chocolate, as part of its slate of Winterfest activities.

These locations will have ice sculptures and fire pits, according to the chamber:

  • C&R Pub: 1 W. Pennsylvania Ave.
  • The Point in Towson: 523 York Road
  • Charles Village Pub: 19. W Pennsylvania Ave.
  • Nacho Mama’s: 2 W. Pennsylvania Ave.
  • Barley’s Backyard Uptown: 408 York Road
  • Bread & Circuses Bistro & Bar: 401 Delaware Ave.

The chamber also invites people to vote for their favorite decorated window on the Towson Chamber of Commerce Facebook page by “liking” or commenting with the name of the business.

These are the contestants: Barley's Backyard, Bead Wear, Bliss Hair Studio, C&R Pub, Charles Village Pub and Patio, Che' Nova Aesthetics, Coffee Talk Cafe, Davidus Cigars, Nacho Mama's, Prose Nails, Red Pepper Sichuan Bistro and Touch-Free Wellness Spa.

Radio station 100.7 FM The Bay will have giveaways for people riding the new free Towson bus service The Loop.

Fire and Ice will be from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 10.
