Dave's Hot Chicken, Golf18 Coming To This MA Plaza: Cheap Eats
Dedham Plaza has an explosion of openings slated for 2025, including a trio of fast-casual offerings and the growing Golf18 concept.
DEDHAM, MA — Five new tenants are expected to open at Dedham Plaza by the end of 2025, including four new dining options.
Federal Realty recently confirmed the new openings, which include national chains Dave's Hot Chicken, Halal Guys and Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
Dave's Hot Chicken is open at the plaza, making it one of 15 spots in Massachusetts for the fast-growing chain.

Halal Guys only has three locations so far in the Bay State, with the eventual 2025 opening of the Dedham location marking the fourth spot for the legendary New York City food cart turned brick and mortar chain.
Also set to open by the end of the year is Golf18, an indoor golf entertainment center with simulators, a full kitchen and bar, seasonal leagues and tournaments. Golf18 has opened two locations in Massachusetts — Braintree and Peabody — with Dedham marking the third once it opens.

“Over the past several years we have strategically elevated our merchandising mix at Dedham Plaza by bringing in new and buzz-worthy brands to complement our essential retail and service offerings,” said Chris Fleming, Vice President, Asset Management for Federal Realty.
“We hope that the addition of Golf18 Lounge alongside a variety of fast-casual offerings will appeal to a diverse demographic while also encouraging repeat visits.”
Located at the intersection of I-95 and Route 1 in Dedham, the plaza already includes Crumbl Cookies and Kelly's Roast Beef.
