FBI Catches Bandits, Swastikas Painted On Cars: MA Crime

The charity that the founder of North Shore Eats said he was donating money to said Thursday it has received $13,000 from him since 2016. But nearly $10,000 of that came from ticket sales for a fundraiser through a third-party website that Greg Bates, of Beverly, promoted on his popular North Shore Eats Facebook group, meaning he turned over about $3,000 to the Northeast Arc Autism Support Center from the fundraisers he claimed to be running by raffling off gift cards that had been donated by restaurants. A teenager who allegedly led police on a high-speed chase crashed into a utility pole in Foxborough after police had given up the chase. The suspect was identified Wednesday afternoon as a 15-year-old from Stoughton. The teenager is facing charges. Read more.

A pair of accused armed robbers known as the "Holliston Bandits" have been caught, according to the FBI. The man and woman allegedly held up the Holliston TD Bank on Oct. 24 wearing attention-grabbing disguises: the woman in dark clothes and a black skull mask and the man in gray with a baby face mask.
