A High School Hot Dog Tycoon: MA Food Week

Marblehead's Maddie Ferris, 16, launched her Mad-Dogz hot dog cart this summer, which grew out of a high school project. She's now working five days per-week slinging glizzies along Atlantic Avenue. Learn more about how she built the business from scratch.

Free ice cream sandwiches

We're nearing the end of national ice cream week, but national ice cream sandwich day is coming up. To celebrate, OddFellows scoop shop in Chestnut Hill is giving away ice cream sandwiches made with brioche buns on Aug. 2 to the first 50 customers.
