MA Mexican Restaurants Celebrate Tex-Mex This Month: Food Week

MASSACHUSETTS — Welcome to Patch's weekly round up of food and restaurant news in Massachusetts, where we review openings, closings and more in the state's dining scene.

This week marked the first day of Margarita's Chimi Fest across the company's group of restaurants.

Margaritas, the regional chain, will host "Chimi Fest" starting on Aug. 4 and running through the end of the month.

The restaurant is releasing a lineup of deeply discounted and deep-fried burritos at its locations throughout New England and New Jersey.

Elsewhere in Massachusetts, a beloved Boston pizza shop will open a new location while a beloved cheese shop is set to close in Salem.
