Police Continue Search For Missing Teacher Meghan Marohn

Now her family is offering a $50,000 reward for information that could lead to her safe return.

LEE, MA — Massachusetts State Police are continuing their search for 42-year-old Meghan Marohn, an English teacher from New York, who has been missing since March 27.

Marohn is described as a white woman about 5'6" and 120 pounds with red hair and green eyes. her black 2017 Subaru Impreza was found on Church Street at Longcope Park in south Lee - a 46-acre park, according to a Facebook post from Massachusetts State Police.

According to police, Marohn checked into a hotel in Lee that Sunday and was believed to be hiking the day she went missing. As of Tuesday, law enforcement was searching in a new section of woods near Longcope Park.

Her family has set up a website for tips and is offering a $50,000 reward for information that leads to her safe return. According to the website, multiple agencies have been searching the Berkshires, as Marohn was described as a hiking enthusiast.

Authorities have so far not uncovered any physical evidence and are instead relying on tracking and other features on Marohn's phone that she appears to have had with her, and have not stopped searching for her since she went missing.
