Snow, Ice Threats As Bitter Cold Eases Across MA: See Snow Total Forecast

Slippery travel is possible late Monday afternoon into the evening.

MASSACHUSETTS — More snow is on the way across Massachusetts on Monday as a front paves the way for a warming trend following more than a month of mostly below-normal temperatures.

Once again, the snow will be light with minor accumulations, but it could cause slippery travel as it moves in late Monday afternoon into Monday night.

The National Weather Service is forecasting another 1 to 2 inches of snow across much of the state, with some freezing rain mixing in south of the city and on Cape Cod.
