Acton, Boxborough Teens Arrested on Drug, Alcohol Charges

The Acton Police Department responded to Acton-Boxborough Regional High School on May 23 for a report of a possible drug violation.

After responding officers arrived and completed an investigation, two teens from Acton and two from Boxborough were arrested on numerous charges.

Those arrested were:

• Joeseph Spector, 17, of 128 Parker St., in Acton; charges are:

1. Possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute;
2. Drug violation near a school or park;
3. Person under 21 in possession of liquor.

• Shawn N. Heshmatpour, 18, of 28 Old Harvard Road, in Boxborough; charges are:

1. Person under 21 in possession of liquor (2 counts);
2. Possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute;
3. Possession of more than 1 ounce of marijuana;
4. Drug violation near a school or park.

• Ryan W. Conery, 19, of 34 Squirrel Hill Road, in Acton; charges are:

1. Person under 21 in possession of liquor (2 counts).

• Willian A. Boyden, 17, of 30 Loring Ave., in Boxborough; charges are:

1. Person under 12 in possession of liquor.

Two cars were towed from the scene.

The arresting officer was Dean C. Keeler.
