Acton, Boxborough Teens Arrested on Drug, Alcohol Charges
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Acton Police Department responded to Acton-Boxborough Regional High School on May 23 for a report of a possible drug violation.
After responding officers arrived and completed an investigation, two teens from Acton and two from Boxborough were arrested on numerous charges.

- Joeseph Spector, 17, of 128 Parker St., in Acton; charges are:
- Possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute;
- Drug violation near a school or park;
- Person under 21 in possession of liquor.
- Shawn N. Heshmatpour, 18, of 28 Old Harvard Road, in Boxborough; charges are:
- Person under 21 in possession of liquor (2 counts);
- Possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute;
- Possession of more than 1 ounce of marijuana;
- Drug violation near a school or park.
- Ryan W. Conery, 19, of 34 Squirrel Hill Road, in Acton; charges are:
- Person under 21 in possession of liquor (2 counts).
- Willian A. Boyden, 17, of 30 Loring Ave., in Boxborough; charges are:
- Person under 12 in possession of liquor.
Two cars were towed from the scene.
The arresting officer was Dean C. Keeler.
