Acton Man Arrested in Concord for OUI
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department; it does not indicate a conviction.
According to Concord police logs, on Feb. 15, a motorist told the police that he saw a 1999 Acura SE driving erratically in the area of Old Road and Seven Star Lane. Police went to the area and found the vehicle in question, stopping it around 12:55 a.m.
After conducting the vehicle stop, officers arrested the driver, Theodore Zehnpfennig, 71, of Acton. Zehnpfennig was charged with OUI liquor, second offense, and a marked lanes violation.
