A motor vehicle stop by the Acton Police Department on June 5 resulted in the arrest of a Concord woman. At about 5:30 p.m., an officer on patrol pulled over a car at 299 Main St., for a motor vehicle violation. After the responding officer completed an investigation, he found the operator of the car had a warrant out for her arrest from the Worcester Police Department. Katherine Giddings, 26, of 474 Barretts Mill Road, was arrested to face one charge of operating under the influence of alcohol. The arresting officer was Jonathan Stackhouse.
