Acton Woman Arrested on Probation Warrant

The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A call to the Acton Police Department on May 25 from a probationary officer resulted in the arrest of a local woman.

The officer contacted the Acton PD at about 7:36 a.m. to report a local woman on probation had cut off her GPS ankle bracelet.

A probation warrant was issued for termporary custody to detain in hand.

Officers were then dispatched to 5 Sarah Jane Court, where Kelly Michelle Elpers, 41, was arrested at 10:03 p.m.

  • An officer was dispatched to River Street for a report of a larceny. A resident reported a ring was stolen from her mailbox.
  • An officer responded to Great Road for a report of a child left in a car. Officer spoke with the father. No arrest was made.
  • Officers were dispatched to Strawberry Hill Road for a report of loud music coming from an apartment. Party was spoken to and the volume was turned down.
