Disturbing Neighbor, Larceny and More From the Acton Police Log

The following was supplied by the Acton Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

The following was reported by the Acton Police Department on May 20-21:

  • A resident on Windsor Avenue reported a disturbance regarding her upstairs neighbor who was on the porch in his underwear. The resident later decided she didn't want to speak with an officer.
  • A Hartland Way resident reported a possible scam and thought her phone was being tapped.
  • Officers responded to Great Road for a report of malicious destruction.
  • Officers were dispatched to Hosmer Street for a disturbance. All parties were spoken to and were advised to keep it down for the night.
  • Officers assisted the Concord PD regarding two males who were yelling at a female.
  • Officers checked on a report of a woman pulling flowers behind a building on Main Street. She was gone when officers arrived.
  • A larceny was reported on Charter Road.
