Lunch Prices for Acton Public Schools on the Rise
School committee approves a 25-cent increase.

Acton parents are going to have to dig a little deeper in their pockets when it comes to their students buying lunch.
After a presentation from Director of Food Services Kristen Nelson who requested an increase in cost for elementary school lunches, the Acton Public School Committee voted unanimously to increase the price of school lunches by 25 cents to $2.75.
"This will bring us into compliance with regulations," Nelson said.
