Maynard Woman Arrested on Separate OUI Charges on Same Day
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following was issued by Deputy Chief of Poli Richard C. Burrows:
On June 17 at 4:38pm Off. Krug was dispatched to the High School parking lot on Charter Road for a disabled motor vehicle with a flat tire, the reporting party indicated the operator may have been drinking. Off. Krug investigated and subsequently arrested Sheila M. David, 56 yrs old, of 155 Summer Street Maynard for Operating under the influence of alcohol, she was transported back to the station for processing. The vehicle, a gray Hyundai Santa Fe, was towed. Ms. David was released on bail at 7:16pm.
At 7:55pm Off. Mahoney was monitoring traffic on Main Street and observed a vehicle travel past him, gray Hyundai Santa Fe, operating on a flat tire. After following this vehicle he observed it operating erratically and pulled it over. Off. Mahoney investigated and subsequently arrested Sheila M. David for Operating under the influence of alcohol. A witness provided information that Ms. David used a spare key to re-acquire her vehicle from the closed tow company without their knowledge or consent.

She was held overnight and will be arraigned in Concord District Court this morning.
