2 Men Charged With Trafficking Fentanyl In Andover: State Police
Two men were charged with trafficking fentanyl following a traffic stop Thursday, according to state police.
ANDOVER, MA — Two men were charged with trafficking fentanyl in Andover on Thursday, according to state police.
State troopers patrolling Route 93 in Andover pulled over a Nissan Altima for not having a valid inspection sticker.
Neither the driver nor the passenger in the car had a valid driver's license, according to police.

Troopers searched the car and found numerous cell phones, a large sum of cash, and several baggies containing a substance suspected to be fentanyl with a combined weight of 115 grams, according to police.
The two men were arrested and taken to the Andover Barracks for booking.

Jeison Arias-Guerrero, 30, of Jamaica Plain, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, trafficking in fentanyl, conspiracy to violate drug law, and no inspection sticker.
Victor Manuel-Santos, 29, of Dorchester, was charged with trafficking in fentanyl and conspiracy to violate drug law.
Bond for each man was set at $100,000. They were scheduled to appear at Lawrence District Court.
