5 Things You Need to Know Today, July 24

Today is Tuesday, July 24 and here are five things you need to know today.

1. Library Closed Friday: Memorial Hall Library is undergoing some renovations currently and will be closed this Friday, July 27. It will be reopening Saturday, July 28. 

2. Movie in the Park: The town will be holding the , hosted by WROR, at dusk tonight, July 24. The movie Puss in Boots will be featured at the Park, which is located at the corner of Chestnut Street and Bartlet Street.

3. Kids Stuff at the Library: From 9 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Memorial Hall Library has packed the day full activities for all age groups of kids. The library will be holding a Mother Goose story time, a Book Buddies session, a "Kids Create" event, Teen Night at the Movies and a pajama party as well. 

4. Weather: Today we should see a high of 88 degrees with a 30 percent possiblitiy of thunderstorms after 3 p.m. Tonight will be clear with a low of 61 degrees.
