9/11 Remembrance Ceremony Coming Up In Andover

The town has released details about the ceremony that will honor the memory of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.

ANDOVER, MA — The Town of Andover invites residents to attend a 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony on Thursday, September 11, at 8:30 AM. The ceremony will take place in front of the Town Offices, located at 36 Bartlet Street.

This solemn event will honor the memory of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. Wreaths will be placed at the base of the flag pole in front of Town Offices in remembrance of the four Andover residents who tragically lost their lives that day.

This annual ceremony is coordinated by Andover Director of Veteran Services Mark Comeiro and the Patriotic Holiday Committee. All members of the community are invited to attend the ceremony and participate in this moment of reflection and unity.
