Andover Family Makes Volunteer Trek to Haiti

An Andover family volunteered at a Haiti orphanage recently and said the experience has been enlightening.

The Bryant Family, of Andover, wanted to take family trip somewhere a little extra ordinary. And, recently they did. The Bryant family helped out an orphanage in Haiti for eight days this summer and did their part to make a difference in one of the neediest areas on the planet, according to an article in the Eagle Tribune

The Bryant's were able to raise funds and bring five laptops for the kids at the orphanage. The family, consisted of father Dan and mother Stephanie, and kids Nate and Reid, 18 and 15, also helped with small construction projects as well.

The family went with North Andover-based Global Occupational Therapy for Orphans.
