Andover Holding Moderna Booster Shot Clinic Wednesday

ANDOVER, MA — Andover is hosting a Moderna booster shot clinic for residents Wednesday, the Health Department said Monday.

The Moderna coronavirus vaccine booster shot will be available for residents 18 and older in the Select Board Meeting Room in the third floor of the Town Offices, 36 Bartlet Street.

Appointments are required. Register here.

The town shared the following information:

• "If you are unsure of any of the medical questions, please contact your physician.
• Select the best match of your insurance carrier. It is most important to have the correct member number.
• Bring your Covid-19 Vaccination Card with you."

Only booster shots will be given at the clinic.
