Andover Landing Sold for $90M

Tbe 53-acre property has three buildings and more than 1 million square feet of office space.

ANDOVER, MA -- Andover Landing at Brickstone Square has been sold for $90 million to a Connecticut venture capital company that specializes in distressed investments, the Eagle-Tribune reports.

KS Partners, the management firm for the property near Shawsheen Square, announced it entered into a joint-venture with Contrarian Capital Management to buy the $90 million property formerly known as Brickstone Square, the paper reports.

The office park, located at the I-495/Route 28 interchange, recently underwent a $5 million capital improvement campaign that included expanded café services, a 375-seat cafeteria, a new outdoor patio and courtyard, a coffee/juice bar, a conference center for up to 100 people, a game room, expanded WiFi, and new entrances and lobbies, according to the Eagle- Tribune reports.
