Andover Transitions To Automated Trash, Recycling Collection

ANDOVER, MA — Starting July 1, 2025, Andover will transition to automated trash and recycling collection with Republic Services. This new system will require residents to use standardized Town-issued carts or "toters" for both trash and recycling. These carts will be delivered to your curb before the program goes into effect.
