Everything, Including the Kitchen Sink Dumped on Topping Road
The police logs from Tuesday, March 15, contained two arrests and several small incidents.

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.
Tuesday, March 15
At 3:13 a.m. a caller reported a motor vehicle accident on River Street. Police did not investigate.

At 9:13 a.m. police arrested Marlon Isaac Oreliana, 17, of 65 Kendall St., Lawrence, on River Road. Oreliana was charged with the violation of a harassment order.
At 12:09 p.m. an officer reported that a sink, countertop and other items were dumped by a guardrail on Topping Road. The public works department was notified and picked up the items.

At 12:28 p.m. a Bulfinch Drive resident reported that her license plates were stolen from her motor vehicle.
At 12:40 p.m. a two-car motor vehicle accident was reported on North Main Street.
At 3:06 p.m. Police arrested Michael Boria,48, of 16 Walnut St., Lowell, on High Street. Boria was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and registering a motor vehicle improperly to avoid taxes/premiums.
At 7:50 p.m. a caller reported two men trying to siphon gas from the caller’s vehicle on Minuteman Road. The males then hopped into a motor vehicle and fled.
