Four Arrested for Heroin Possession on Bulfinch Drive

Monday, April 22

At 12:22 a.m. a caller reported a down tree that was blocking the roadway on North Main Street. The Highway Department was notified.

At 1:32 p.m. a caller reported that her car was broken into on Abbott Street. The rear window was smashed.

At 7:51 a.m. police arrested Gener W. Nolasco, 19, of 48 Burril Ave., Apt. 2, Lynn, on Interstate 93. Nolasco was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to wear a seat belt.

At 7:24 p.m. police arrested Courtney Richer, 25, of 96 Black Brook Road, Goffstown, N.H., on Bulfinch Drive. Richer was charged with possession of a class A substance (heroin).

At 7:29 p.m. police arrested Raymond Fellows, 23, of 291 Crowell Road, Hoptinkon, N.H., on Bulfinch Drive. Fellows was charged with possession of a class B substance (cocaine) and possession of a class A substance (heroin).

At 7:38 p.m. police arrested Brigite, St. Cyr, 22, of 48 Greer Road, Goffstown, N.H., on Bulfinch Drive. St. Cyr was charged with possession of a class B substance (cocaine) and possession of a class A substance (heroin).

At 7:48 p.m. police arrested Nicholas Janas, 26, of 15 College Road, Apt. 2, Manchester, N.H., on Bulfinch Drive. Janas was charged with possession of a class A substance (heroin) and a disguise to obstruct justice.

At 8:32 p.m. an employee from the Ninety-Nine Restaurant reported that a patron left without paying and then backed into a car in the parking lot and drove off. The vehicle is connected to a Tewksbury resident.
