ANDOVER, MA — Two men are accused of kidnapping another man in Andover and holding him for days, according to a statement from Massachusetts U.S. Attorney Leah Foley.

The two men are part of the Trinitarios gang and wore law enforcement jackets during the May 2024 kidnapping, prosecutors said.

Isiah Medina, aka “Ice,” 25 and Rodderith Peralta, aka “Mago,” 26, both of Lawrence, burst into the victim's apartment and forced him into a vehicle, according to prosecutors.

Medina was arrested in an unrelated case in April. Police searched his phone and found videos and photos taken while the victim was being held captive, according to prosecutors. They also found a hand tattoo in one of the photos that matched Peralta's.

The two men were charged with one count of conspiracy to commit kidnapping. If convicted, they face up to life in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.

They will appear in U.S. District Court next week.
