The Andover High School Girls basketball team, the Golden Warriors, won the Massachusetts Division I State Championship by defeating Holyoke on March 17. This marks the third consecutive state title for the Golden Warriors, a feat accomplished by only a handful of high school teams before them, and most recently by the Charlestown High School boys team in 2000.
