Haverhill Man Arrested Twice on Sunday

Tuesday, March 16
At 3:02 p.m. ID fraud was reported on Lancaster Place.

At 5:17 p.m. a caller reported that the license plate from his boat was missing on Chandler Road.
At 8:30 p.m. police arrested Martha A. Lavigne-Masiyiwas, 40, of 191 Andover St., on Dascomb Road. Lavigne-Masiyiwas was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation.

Saturday, March 17
At 4:17 a.m. police arrested Ryan M. Fay, 24, of 20 Beresford St., Lawrence, on Wolcott Avenue. Fay was charged with assault and battery on a household member and larceny over $250.
At 2:43 p.m. a caller reported that someone drilled a hole in her truck’s gas cap on Hidden Road.
At 3:58 p.m. a minor motor vehicle accident was reported on Main Street. No injuries were reported.
Sunday, March 18
At 1:52 a.m. police arrested Mark D Maesano, 37, 92 Town Hill Road, Haverhill. Maesano was charged with a marked lanes violation, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, and an open container of liquor. Police were once again called to deal with Maesano later in the morning around 7:15 a.m. on Elysian Drive. Masesano was charged with two counts of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
At 3 a.m. police arrested Palaniyappan Murugappan, 43, of 348 Osgood St., North Andover, on North Main Street. Murugappan was charged with a marked lanes violation, right on red violation, speeding and operating under the influence of liquor.
At 3:54 a.m. police arrested Mithunkumar Kika Patel, 25, 641 South Washington St., North Attleborough, on River Road. Patel was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and speeding.
At 10:24 a.m. police arrested Danielle M. Beaton, 36, of 47 Roslyn St., Apt. 1, Salem, on Woburn Street. Beaton was charged with failure to yield, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and leaving the scene of personal injury.
At 5:26 p.m. a caller reported that someone had drilled a hole in his gas tank on Appletree Lane.
At 10:08 p.m. police arrested Wendy L. Gallant, 39, of 13 Heather Drive, on Heather Drive. Gallant was charged with assault and battery on a household member.
At 10:11 p.m. police arrested Dennis J. Gallant, 43, of 13 Heather Drive, on Heather Drive. Gallant was charged with disorderly conduct.
Monday, March 19
At 8:16 a.m. a caller reported obscenities spray painted on the street on Chongris Circle.
At 11:58 a.m. a parking enforcement officer put a boot on a motor vehicle on Essex Street.
At 11:11 p.m. a caller reported hearing screaming in the area on Washington Park Drive. A neighbor believed the noise was an animal.
