Illegal Dumping Reported on Main Street

Tuesday, Feb. 21
At 8:36 p.m. an employee at the Andover Shop reported illegal dumping on Main Street.

At 11:13 a.m. a caller reported suspicious phone calls on Porter Road. The caller said that a man from Jamaica called and it seemed like a scam. When the caller asked if it was a scam, the man said there was a bomb in his mailbox. There was no bomb.
At 4:52 p.m. police arrested David Morgen, 17, of 8 Cresent Drive, Apt. 1, on Cresent Drive. Morgen was charged with the violation of a domestic protective order.

At 10:53 p.m. a caller reported a female overdosed on pills on Boston Road.
