Man Arrested After Caught with Bolt Cutters in Locker Room

Thursday, March. 29

At 8:30 a.m. a caller reported a motor vehicle accident on Main Street near No injuries were reported.

At 9:23 a.m. a stolen iPod was reported on Strawberry Hill Road.

At 11:58 p.m. a man was reported in the locker room at with bolt cutters. Police arrested Chistopher C. Horton, 28, 13 Tanglewood Drive, East Hampstead, N.H., on Lowell Street. Horton was charged with possession of a burglarious instrument.

Friday, March 30

At 6:35 p.m. a caller reported a man on a bicycle putting magnetic stickers on cars in a parking on lot on Park Street.

At 10:05 p.m. a caller reported an intoxicated driver on Route 125. An officer spoke to the driver and she was fine.

Saturday, March 31

At 3:31 a.m. police arrested a juvenile for operating under the influence of drugs and operating a motor vehicle without a license on Essex Street.

At 4:04 p.m. a motor vehicle accident was reported on Maple Avenue. Possible injuries were reported.

At 8:55 p.m. an employee from the reported that at frat party was getting out of control at the hotel. An officer responded and the partiers will be paying for any damages.  

Sunday, April 1

At 2:36 a.m. police assisted the State Police and Tewksbury Fire Department with a car fire along Interstate 93 northbound.

At 9:31 a.m. a caller reported a motor vehicle accident with no injuries. The accident was in North Andover and transferred to their police.

At 11:51 a.m. a caller reported a coyote in the area of Jefferson Lane.

At 12:46 p.m. a caller reported a motor vehicle accident with injury on Dascomb Road.
