POLL: Should Andover Fund the Town Yard Project at Town Meeting?

A task force has studied the town yard and town officials say that it is clear that Andover needs a new town yard in order to operate the town. Officials also say construction costs will only go up as time goes on and feel that . But with budgets still tight and a Bancroft School almost ready to be built, is now the time to build a new town yard?
