Presidential Primary Is First Election with New Precincts
Andover residents will vote in the first election with the newly redrawn voting precincts.

Roughly 5 percent of the town's voters will have to switch their polling station as a result of the newly drawn precinct lines. The town will be running the 2012 Presidential Primary from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 6.
Precincts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 9 will vote at the Andover High School field house and precincts 1 and 7 will vote at the Andover Senior Center.
The voting precinct lines were changed as a result the 2010 US Census and adjustments needed to be made to reflect the new population numbers. One of the largest adjustments will be seen in precincts 7 and 9. Both precincts 7 and 9 will be split into two precincts, 7 and 7a, as well as 9 and 9b.
