Wednesdsay, Feb. 29
At 10:37 a.m. a caller reported a hit and run accident on Haverhill Street. She said her car was hit in a parking lot.

At 11:52 a.m. a minor motor vehicle accident was reported on Ballardvale Road.
At 1:05 p.m. a caller reported the theft of scrap metal on Woburn Street. The theft occurred several months ago.

At 7:36 p.m. AAA reported a car broken down in a dangerous part of the road on Wildwood Road. An officer stood with the vehicle until a tow arrived.
At 8:15 p.m. a solicitor from Environmental Massachusetts was reported on Hartford Circle. The solicitor and his boss was given the word on Andover's solicitation policy.
