Two Arrested for Possession of Heroin

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.

Monday, April 2

• At 6:13 a.m. a caller reported a car that hit a tree in front of her house on Harold Parker Road. No injuries were reported.
• At 10:34 a.m. police arrested Troy Hossein Dargahi, 55, of 88 Chandler Road, on Chandler Road. Dargahi was charged with assault and battery on a household member.
• At 1 p.m. police arrested Svetlana Dargahi, 39, of 88 Chandler Road, on North Main Street. Dargahi was charged with assault and battery on a household member and violating an abuse prevention order.
• At 2:22 p.m. police arrested Nancy R. DiStefano, 42, of 23 Lorenzo Circle, Methuen, on Route 28. DiStafano was charged with a stop sign violation, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and failure to stop for police.

Tuesday, April 3

• At 1:49 a.m. police arrested Barbara J. Shaw, 53, of 83 Brown St., Apt. 2, Methuen, on Union Street. Shaw was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations.
• At 12:46 p.m. police arrested Nancy Rosario, 38, of 3 Stevens St., Lawrence, on River Road. Rosario was charged with possession of a class A substance and possession of a class B substance, subsequent offense.
• At 1:50 p.m. police arrested Jerry Burgos, 42, of 3 Stevens St., Lawrence, on River Road. Burgos was charged with possession of a class A substance, subsequent offense.
• At 6:21 p.m. a caller reported a car accident on Main street. No injuries were reported.
