Two Men Caught in Daytime House Break

Wednesday, March 14
At 12:27 p.m. a caller from a North Main Street gas station reported that somone asked for $5 in gas and then pumped $25 and took off.

At 1:53 p.m. a caller reported that he just interrupted two young males breaking into his home on Beacon Street. The two men fled after being spotted. State Police caught one on Beacon Street and Andover Police caught the other on Mount Vernon Street. Police arrested Miguel A. Garcia, 30, of 46 Riskin Ave., Apt. 1, Methuen, and Adam W. Clark, 30, of 127 Howe St., Haverhill. Garcia and Clark were both charged with breaking and entering daytime, felony.
At 5:43 p..m. a phone scam was reported on Greenwood Road.

At 9:22 p.m. credit card fraud was reported on Chandler Road.
